Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Round About Bears website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference.

1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

2. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are as soon as possible but usually within 3 working days  as 1st Class small parcel using Royal Mail. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.

3. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

4. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment can be made by PayPal. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

6. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

7. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, refunds are treated on a one to one basis. If you wish to return an item, please contact Round About Bears directly by telephone on: 01502 578 338 or by email: sales@roundaboutbears.co.uk, for an authorised Returns Order Number (please note, this does not affect your statutory rights).

8. Cancellation Rights: The goods can be cancelled at anytime when the goods are in the possession of Round About Bears Ltd. This will be at no cost to the customer. If the goods have been delivered to the customer, they can be returned within 7 working days without giving a reason, commencing the day after receipt of goods by the customer. Round About Bears Ltd. A refund will normally be made within 30 working days, after receipt of cancellation notice and request for authorisation number. All returned goods will only be accepted and a refund issued provided they are in pristine condition and not damaged in anyway.

9. Payment: The customer will not be charged until the goods have been located and are in dispatch.

10. Handling Complaints: Any complaint can be registered directly to sales@roundaboutbears.co.uk. We will endeavor to send an acknowledgement which will be sent within 5 working days, together with how long it will take to resolve the complaint. In the unlikely event, where a complaint cannot be rectified within 30 days, we will endeavor to keep the customer updated weekly. All complaints will be treated with the strictest confidence.
